Restaurant opening hours

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the latest
Closed on Wednesdays – day off; open in the evening only to hotel guests, closes at 8:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the latest
Sundays and holidays from 12 :00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the latest

Room rates per night
Double room with balcony: starting at €77.50, including breakfast buffet
Single room with balcony: starting at €94.00, including breakfast buffet
Family room with balcony: starting at €95.00, including breakfast buffet
Some rooms are available without a balcony and are less expensive.

Rooms are cleaned for stays of 3 nights or more. If you would like daily cleaning, please let us know at the front desk.
Long-term stays are worthwhile
For a stay of 7 nights we grant a discount of 10% on the overnight price (excluding breakfast buffet).
Short-Term Stays
For weekend stays of fewer than 2 nights or stays on holidays of fewer than 3 nights, we charge a short-term stay fee of €30.00 per room.

Dinner as part of the half-board plan
+ For adults: a 3-course meal with a choice of 3 main courses; one main course is vegetarian
€28.50 per person per day for advance online booking and €30.50 for on-site booking
+ For children (up to age 12) as a 3-course meal with a children’s main course
€18.50 per child per day; If children order a main course from the adult half-board menu, we reserve the right to charge a corresponding surcharge
SauerlandCard
Benefit from attractive offers and many discounts in the Schmallenberg Sauerland.
Dogs
by reservation only; meals not included; please bring your own dog bed and blanket; starting at €20.00 per dog per night, depending on size. Dogs are allowed in the Wirtsstube and the Jagdstube.
Tourist Tax: The current tourist tax of €2.50 per day per person (ages 14 and older; children under 14 are exempt) is not included in the prices.
Late departure
Late departure on the day of departure until 2.00 p.m. at a price of € 30.00 after consultation and written confirmation.
Children's prices for accommodation in parents' room: In a double room, per child per night:
Up to 3 years old: free in parents’ bed; in a crib, €7.00 per day per bed
Ages 4 to 12: €20.00 in an extra bed
Ages 13 and up: €32.00 in an extra bed

In a family room, per child per night:
Up to age 3 in a crib: 10.00 €
Ages 4–12 in an extra bed: 25.00 €
Ages 13 and up in an extra bed: 40.00 €

Children’s Discount
When staying in their parents’ room (both parents paying full price) for package bookings (buffet or set menu) — does not apply to beverages or à la carte dishes.
+ Children up to 3 years old stay free in their parents’ bed; including breakfast buffet without additional package services
+ ages 4 to 12 in an extra bed: 50% discount on the package price for a full-paying guest with children’s half-board
All rooms are non-smoking rooms!
In case of non-observance, we take the liberty of charging the additional cleaning costs of € 100.00 or the impossibility of re-letting your room with the daily rate.

CancellationPolicy
Year-Round Rates
+ Cancellations made by 6:00 p.m. between the 3rd day prior to arrival and the day of arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking price
+ Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged at 80% of the total booking amount
+ No-shows will be charged at 100% of the total booking amount
For holidays
+ Carnival, Easter, May Day, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Corpus Christi, German Unity Day, All Saints’ Day
+ These bookings cannot be canceled free of charge. 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
For the period from December 27 through January 2
+ Please reply in writing within the option period we have specified to let us know whether you accept our offer or not
+ If you accept our offer, then
-> we will send you a written reservation confirmation, including a request to transfer a 50% deposit of the total amount to the account listed below within 14 days
-> Once we receive the transfer, we will send you a payment confirmation.
-> If the payment is not credited to our account within the specified time, your booking will be canceled as of the 15th day
+ For your own protection, please purchase travel cancellation insurance
+ Cancellations made 28 days or more before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking price (Deposit)
+ Cancellations made after the 28th day prior to arrival, as well as “no-shows” on the day of arrival, will be charged at 100% of the total booking amount
Special policy for the winter break through January 5 + Cancellations made by 6:00 p.m. between the 7th day before arrival and the day of arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking price
+ Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged at 80% of the total booking price
+ No-shows will be charged at 100% of the total booking price
