Cookies
Cookies are used on our website. Cookies are small pieces of text information that are stored in your end device via your browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain functions of our website.
We use both session cookies, which are automatically deleted by your browser immediately after you have finished visiting the website.
In the area of web analysis, however, we also use so-called persistent cookies, which are not automatically deleted after the end of the visit to our website.
You have the option of preventing cookies from being set by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we would like to point out that the use of our website may then only be possible to a limited extent. Cookies do not install or start any programs or other applications on your computer.
The use of cookies is based on a consideration of interests. Our interest is the user-friendly visit of our website.
Contact our company
We offer contact forms on our website that you can use to request information or make general contact, e.g. by e-mail, via the contact form, room enquiry form on the website, via the room enquiry form, via the event enquiry form or via the table enquiry form. We have marked the data that you must provide in order to respond to an enquiry as mandatory fields. Information on other data fields is voluntary.
We need this information to process your enquiry, to address you correctly and to send you a reply. In the case of specific enquiries, the data is processed to fulfil a contract or to initiate a contract. In the case of general enquiries, processing takes place on the basis of a balancing of interests.
Enquiries received via the contact form on our website are processed electronically by us in order to answer your enquiry. In this context, other persons or departments and possibly third parties may also become aware of the contents of the form that you have sent.
The transmission of the form data via the internet takes place via encrypted connections.
The processing is carried out on the basis of a balance of interests or for the fulfilment of a contract. You have the possibility to object to the processing of your personal data for contact requests at any time. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, in particular, for the fulfilment of a contract with you, which is shown by us in each case in the previous description of the functions. In such a case, it may not be possible to continue processing the enquiry. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the situation and either discontinue or adjust the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
When you send us an email, this data is stored by me. At the end of each year, we check whether further storage is necessary or whether there are retention obligations for the e-mails. Depending on this, e-mails are further stored or deleted.
Email marketing
Existing customer advertising
We reserve the right to process the e-mail address provided by you in the context of the enquiry/booking in accordance with the statutory provisions in order to send you the following content, for example, by e-mail during or following the processing of the contract, provided you have not already objected to this processing of your e-mail address:

If the sending of electronic information is not necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g. e-mail with payment information), the processing is based on legitimate interests. We carry out the aforementioned processing to optimise our service or the website.
We would like to point out that you can object to receiving direct advertising at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. To do so, click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or send us your objection to the contact details listed in the section "Responsible party".

You can also subscribe to an e-mail newsletter on our website, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. In addition to the voluntary information in the respective form, we only process your e-mail address. However, this is also absolutely necessary in order to be able to send you the newsletter.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after your registration, we send you an email to the email address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. In addition, we store your IP addresses and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to be able to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.
The only mandatory data for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis for the processing is your consent.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Alternatively, you will find a link to unsubscribe in every newsletter email.
In order to be able to analyse the popularity of our newsletter mailings and optimise them, we log when emails are opened and links are clicked. This usage analysis is carried out on the basis of a balance of interests. You can object to this processing by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Access logs ("server logs")
General log data, so-called server logs, are automatically collected with every access to the Funnel. These data are usually pseudonyms and therefore do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person. Without this data, it would not be technically possible in part to deliver and display the contents of the software. In addition, the processing of this data is absolutely necessary for security reasons, in particular for access, input, transfer and storage control. Furthermore, the anonymous information can be used for statistical purposes and for optimising the offer and the technology. In addition, the log files can be subsequently checked and evaluated if there is suspicion of illegal use of the software. The legal basis for this is found in Section 15 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Article 6 (1) f of the German Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO). Data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system and the timestamp of access to the software are generally collected. The IP address of the user is not stored. However, the user is assigned a so-called session ID. The scope of this logging does not exceed the usual scope of any other website on the Internet. The storage period of these access logs is up to 7 days. There is no right of objection.
Collection of user behaviourdata
General data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system, the user's session ID and the time stamp of access to the software are collected. All data entered by the user when using the Funnel (e.g. answering form fields; using interactive components) are assigned to the user by means of a session ID and made available to the operator of this website. The operator of this website is responsible for the deletion, storage and further processing of this personal data in accordance with current legislation.
Use ofcookies
So-called cookies are used in the funnel. These are small text files that are stored on the device with which you access these funnels. The cookies used serve to ensure security when visiting a website ("absolutely necessary"), to implement certain functionalities such as standard language settings ("functional") and to improve the user experience or performance on the website ("performance"). Within the funnels, strictly necessary, functional and performance cookies are used, in particular to implement certain default settings such as the language, to store answers given even in the event of a poor internet connection or to analyse the performance of a funnel and the channel used by a user to access this funnel. The use of cookies is mandatory for the provision of our services and thus for the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 (1) b) DS-GVO). Storage period: Up to 1 month or until the end of the browser session Right to object: You can determine yourself via your browser settings whether you want to allow cookies or object to the use of cookies. Please note that deactivating cookies may result in limited or completely disabled functionality of the Funnel. The operator of this website has the option of deciding individually for each funnel used which decision options for the use of cookies are given to the user. It is the responsibility of the website operator to use cookies in accordance with the applicable legal restrictions. If the website operator uses extensions from external companies within the funnel, it is the responsibility of the website operator to inform the user of this.
Betroffenenrechte
Final provisions
Perspective reserves the right to adapt this data protection declaration at any time so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to the services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply for a renewed visit to the Funnel.

If, after the conclusion of a contract with costs, there is an obligation to provide us with your payment data (e.g. account number in the case of direct debit authorisation), this data is required for the processing of payments.
Payment transactions via the common means of payment (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are made exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
With encrypted communication, your payment data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
PayPal
On our website we offer payment via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "PayPal").

The transmission of your data to PayPal is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO (processing for the performance of a contract). We have no knowledge of the storage period at PayPal and no possibility to influence it.
Disclosure of personal data for credit card payments
Your personal data will only be passed on to the extent necessary for the processing of the contract. In particular, for the processing of payments, we pass on the payment data required for this to the credit institution commissioned with the payment or to the payment and invoice service provider commissioned by us, if applicable.
The processing is carried out for the fulfilment of a contract. The data required for payment processing is transmitted securely via the "SSL" procedure and processed exclusively for payment processing. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
Disclosure of personal data for the purpose of legal enforcement/address determination/collection
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pass on the data provided when ordering / booking to a lawyer and / or external companies (e.g. Verband der Vereine Creditreform e.V., Hellersbergstraße 12, D-41460 Neuss) for the purposes of address determination and / or legal enforcement if there is a legitimate interest.
In addition, we may disclose your data if this is necessary to exercise our rights, as well as the rights of our affiliated companies, our cooperation partners, our employees and/or the users of our website. Under no circumstances will we sell or rent your data to third parties. The disclosure of this data is based on a balancing of interests.
We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer required or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
Integration of third party content
Third-party content such as videos, maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated on the website. This integration always requires that the providers of this content ("third-party providers") are aware of the IP addresses of the users. Without the IP address, they cannot send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus required for the display of this content.
We endeavour to only use content from third-party providers who only process the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers process the IP addresses, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of this, we will inform you of this below.
Some of the third party providers may process data outside the European Union.
You can object by installing a JavaScript blocker such as the browser plugin 'NoScript' (www.noscript.net) or by deactivating JavaScript in your browser.
However, this may result in functional restrictions on the website.

Personal data is also processed for the operation of our online shop and the ordering of goods and/or services. With regard to the shop functions, this is basically done for the initiation or fulfilment of contracts for the purchase or procurement of our goods and service providers.
With regard to the display of suitable products in your terminal device, we process data from the use of the online shop on the basis of a weighing of interests.

If you would like to place an order in our voucher shop at https://www.sofort-gutschein.com/shop/albers-landhotel-gutscheine/, it is necessary for the initiation and conclusion of the contract that you provide personal data such as your name, address and e-mail address. In particular, we will forward payment data to the payment service provider you have chosen or to our house bank. We use the ordering system of Sofort Gutschein (FIRMEDIA GmbH & Co. KG, zum Ritzhagen 5, 34508 Willingen, Germany) for the voucher shop in order to provide you with an optimal booking process. The processing of your order data takes place on the servers of Sofort Gutschein in Germany. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of the contract. To prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing your personal data, the ordering process on the website is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer required or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations. Due to mandatory commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to retain your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. After two years after termination of the contract, we restrict processing and reduce processing to compliance with existing legal obligations.

Quick Booking
This website also uses the "Quick Booking" service to enable availability checks and price comparisons. The provider of Quick Booking is MSITEC - Die Channel Marketing Experten, Schaarschmidt Hard & Software e.K., Paulinenweg 3, 51149 Köln.
By using the widget on the website, Quick Booking receives the information that you have called up the corresponding function of our website. In this context, the data mentioned in the section "Access data" are transmitted to Quick Booking, whereby so-called cookies may also be used in accordance with the section "Cookies". Quick Booking stores your data as user profiles and processes them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website in line with requirements.
The basis for the processing is our legitimate interest. The processing serves to make our website more attractive and to offer you additional services. We have no knowledge of the storage period at Quick Booking and no possibility to influence it.
Further information on the purpose and scope of processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also receive further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy https://www.masch.com/de/impressum/. A transfer to third countries is not intended.

You can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your internet browser. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all functions of the website to their full extent.
Google Web Fonts
We use so-called Google Web Fonts on our website. Fonts are loaded from Google servers to improve the design of the website. The data processing is carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests, whereby our interest lies in an appealing design of the website.
The fonts in question are loaded from Google servers, which are usually located in the USA. The appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by Google("Privacy Shield" list entry).
Web analysis
This website uses the web analysis tool "Google Analytics", a service offered by Google Ireland Limited. The purpose of its use is the "needs-based design" of this website, which is carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests. The web analysis also enables us to detect and correct errors on the website, e.g. due to faulty links. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. So-called "client IDs" are used, which are used to create pseudonymous usage profiles that record the use of the internet pages by desktop computers and mobile devices by a user together.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Since we have activated so-called IP anonymisation on this website and concluded a corresponding order processing agreement with Google, your IP address will, however, be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Order data processing
We have concluded an order data processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as shown in the item "Objection to data collection".
Google in the USA is certified according to the so-called "Privacy Shield"(list entry). An appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by Google.
You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link(http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
Alternatively, you can - especially with mobile devices - prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will then be set, which will prevent the future collection of your data when visiting this website: [optoutgtm]Disable Google Analytics[/optoutgtm].
You can find more information on the terms of use of Google Analytics and on data protection information at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager on our website. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
Integration of Google Maps
This website also uses the "Google Maps" service from Google to display maps or map sections and thus enables you to conveniently use the map function on the website.
By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in the section "Access data" will be transmitted to Google. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button.
Google stores your data as usage profiles and processes them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.
The basis for the processing is a balancing of interests. The processing serves to make our website more attractive and to offer you additional services. We have no knowledge of the storage period at Google and no possibility to influence it.
Further information on the purpose and scope of processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Further information on the Google Maps Terms of Use can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
You have a right to object to the processing, and you must contact Google to exercise this right. You can deactivate or restrict the transfer of cookies by changing the settings in your internet browser. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.

We use plug-ins of the video platform YouTube.de or YouTube.com on the website, a service which - represented by Google - is operated by YouTube LLC (headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; "YouTube"). By means of the plug-ins, we can also integrate visual content ("videos") that we have published on Youtube.de or Youtube.com on this website.
The videos are all embedded in "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned below be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.
By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in the section "Access data" is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button.
YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and processes them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.
The legal basis for the processing is a balancing of interests. The processing serves to make our website more attractive and to offer you additional services. We have no knowledge of the storage period at YouTube and no possibility to influence it.
You have the right to object to the processing, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behaviour on one end device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google Account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for cross-device ad advertising.
You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalised advertising in your Google account; follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The aggregation of the collected data in your Google account is based exclusively on your consent, which you can give or revoke at Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). In the case of data collection processes that are not merged in your Google Account (e.g. because you do not have a Google Account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest results from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymised analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google's data protection declaration at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising programme of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").
Within the framework of Google AdWords, we use so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of "conversion cookies" is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
For more information on Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, please see Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not made aware that an analysis is taking place.
The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.
For more information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, please see the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.
Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") for conversion measurement.
In this way, the behaviour of page visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of the Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.
The data collected is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy. This enables Facebook to serve advertisements on Facebook pages as well as outside of Facebook. This use of data cannot be influenced by us as the site operator.
You can find further information on protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also deactivate the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function in the ad settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can disable usage-based advertising from Facebook on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
5 Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide us with for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members' area) remain unaffected by this.
MailChimp
This website uses the services of MailChimp for sending newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
MailChimp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. If you enter data for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g. email address), this data is stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA.
MailChimp is certified according to the "EU-US Privacy Shield". The "Privacy Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.
With the help of MailChimp, we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the email (known as a web beacon) connects to MailChimp's servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not want any analysis by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe directly on the website.
The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.
For more details, please refer to MailChimp's privacy policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/.
Conclusion of a data processing agreement

This agreement can be viewed at the following link: https://mailchimp.com/legal/forms/data-processing-agreement/sample-agreement/.
